The Role
Munzil is a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction group with active transactions flowing across the UK, UAE, and Pakistan, a live group restructuring, and growing capital markets ambitions through Munzil Capital. None of that scales safely without a Finance Director in seat. You will build the financial backbone of the group — management accounts, group consolidation, tax structuring, and board-level financial reporting to institutional standard.
What You Will Own
The financial health and discipline of the group. Monthly management accounts, consolidated group reporting, cashflow, tax compliance across three jurisdictions, audit readiness, and board-ready MI. You will also own the financial architecture of the group restructuring and the future fund vehicles under Munzil Capital.

Design and run the group’s financial reporting cadence — monthly accounts, quarterly board packs, annual audit. Own cash and treasury across UK, UAE, and Pakistan entities. Lead the financial workstream of the South Homes Ltd / Munzil Ltd group restructuring. Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. Minimum 8 years post-qualification, with at least 3 at FD or senior Controller level. The Role
Munzil Capital is the group’s investment and structured finance arm, working across development finance, fund structuring, and direct investment opportunities in the UK, UAE, and Pakistan. As Head of Structured Finance, you will lead the capital markets side of the business — originating, structuring, and closing transactions that sit outside standard residential sales. This role is for someone who can hold their own with DIFC fund managers, UK development lenders, and family office principals.

The Role
Munzil’s current off-market sourcing is reactive — opportunities arrive through the network, through developer relationships, through referrals. As Head of Acquisitions, you will turn that into a proactive, systematic pipeline. You will own the off-market and under-priced stock sourcing function across PCL and Greater London — probate, distressed, enfranchisement-linked, and direct-to-vendor. The role pays for itself with two to three transactions a year.
What You Will Own
Munzil’s off-market pipeline end-to-end. Sourcing strategy, vendor outreach, deal qualification, initial valuation, and hand-off to the sales and legal teams. You will be the person who knows which freeholders are looking to exit, which probate properties are coming to market, and which developers are sitting on stock they will quietly discount.
What You Will Do
Build and run a systematic off-market sourcing operation across PCL, Greater London, and home counties. Develop direct relationships with solicitors, probate specialists, insolvency practitioners, enfranchisement surveyors, and private client advisors. Run direct-to-vendor outreach campaigns at scale. The Role
Pakistan is Munzil’s fastest-growing market, powered by overseas Pakistanis across the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and the Gulf deploying capital into Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. This is not a desk job. As a Pakistan Sales Consultant, you will travel the world selling to the global Pakistani diaspora — running roadshows, private investor dinners, and community events across Europe, North America, the Gulf, and the UK. You will be the face of Munzil in rooms full of serious buyers, and your job is to close.
What You Will Do
Travel internationally on Munzil’s global roadshow circuit across the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and the Gulf. Host private investor dinners, property exhibitions, and high-touch one-to-one client meetings on every leg. Source and convert overseas Pakistani investors into completed transactions across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. Build a global pipeline through direct outreach, diaspora networks, referrals, and on-the-ground hustle in every city you land in. What We Are Looking For
Hunger. This is the single most important trait. We are not looking for clock-watchers or comfortable operators — we want people who treat every flight, every dinner, every introduction as a chance to close. Fluent Urdu and English; Punjabi a significant advantage. Willingness to travel 50%+ of the year, including weekends, without complaint. Strong communication presence in rooms of serious money — able to hold your own with surgeons, business owners, and multi-generational HNW families. Munzil Academy end-to-end — curriculum, faculty, admissions, marketing, commercial model, and graduate-to-Munzil pipeline. You will be the person who turns the Academy from an idea referenced in the founder’s narrative into a functioning institution.
What You Will Do
Build the curriculum across real estate fundamentals, sales technique, investment analysis, and personal brand. Recruit and manage a faculty of external industry practitioners and Munzil’s own senior team. Design the commercial model — free tier, paid tier, scholarship structure. Launch the Academy publicly with a founding cohort. Build partnerships with universities, student societies (United South Asia is a natural partner), and community organisations across the UK and Pakistan. Design the pipeline from Academy graduate into Munzil internship and full-time roles. Own the Academy’s brand, content, and public positioning. The Role

As Head of Investor Relations, you will own the long-term relationship with Munzil’s investor base — family offices, HNW principals, and institutional LPs — and turn the group’s roadshow calendar into a structured capital inflow engine.
What You Will Do
Own the investor relationship lifecycle — from first meeting through to commitment, capital call, reporting, and re-up. Build and maintain Munzil’s investor database and relationship CRM. Produce quarterly investor reporting, capital account statements, and distribution communications. Manage the roadshow calendar across Manchester, Glasgow, Barcelona, Lisbon, Como, Faro, Dubai, Karachi, Lahore, Palo Alto, and Plano. Coordinate investor events, private dinners, and property tours. What We Are Looking For
Minimum 6 years in investor relations, private wealth, or fund raising — real estate, private equity, or private credit background strongly preferred. Polished, discreet, and credible in front of family office principals and institutional LPs. Strong written and verbal communication — investor communications are a reflection of the firm. What We Are Looking For
What You Will Do
- Proven track record in London residential sales, ideally PCL or new-build
- Comfortable operating at the £1M–£10M+ price point
- Sharp communicator written, verbal, and in person
- Self-starter who does not need to be managed into doing the basics
- Understanding of off-plan sales, developer relationships, and investment fundamentals
- Arabic, Urdu, or Punjabi language skills are a significant advantage
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to exchange and completion
- Advise HNW and UHNW clients on acquisition strategy, market positioning, and investment returns
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified buyers across UK, UAE, and Pakistan markets
- Conduct high-quality property viewings in line with Munzil's luxury standards
- Work closely with solicitors, developers, and mortgage brokers to ensure smooth progression
- Represent Munzil at developer launches, investor events, and roadshows
Chief of Staff to the CEO

The Role
The founder operates across multiple markets, time zones, and deals simultaneously. This role gives the CEO leverage — managing communications, coordinating deals, driving strategic projects, and ensuring the business runs with precision behind the scenes. Not a traditional EA role. Requires commercial awareness, discretion, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate three steps ahead of the founder at all times. This role bridges the gap until the COO is in seat, and continues to operate alongside the COO thereafter.
What You Will Do
Manage the CEO’s diary, travel, communications, and priorities across multiple time zones. Drive cross-functional projects spanning UK, UAE, and Pakistan operations. Prepare briefing documents, investor materials, meeting notes, and follow-up correspondence to board-level standard. Track and chase key deliverables across active deals and pipeline activity. Coordinate with solicitors, developers, clients, and internal team on live transactions. Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion. Support the planning of investor roadshows, Qawwali events, and client hospitality. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they reach the founder.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience supporting a senior executive, founder, or C-suite in a fast-paced environment — or a strong consulting, investment banking, or law background moving operator-side. Exceptional written communication. Commercially sharp. Discreet, professional, and calm under pressure. Real estate or financial services background an advantage.
